- Scoping meeting: 1-hour session with the project team to define priority themes and prepare the necessary materials.
- Inspirational material: Provision of project examples and a catalog of ideas drawn from best practices, adapted to the strategic axes identified.
- Ideation workshop: In-person animation of a 2-hour interactive workshop (up to 12 participants) to generate, prioritize and formalize ideas.
- Feedback and follow-up: Creation of a deliverable summarizing the ideas from the workshop and the priorities established, shared with the project team.
