Workshops setting up ambassador network
A cycle of 3 interactive workshops designed to structure, mobilize and support a network of ambassadors, key players in the Teamstarter dynamic:
- Workshop 1: Structuring the role and missions of ambassadors. Definition of the responsibilities, expectations and objectives of the network.
- Workshop 2: Identify and mobilize ambassadors. Selection of suitable profiles and planning of mobilization actions.
- Workshop 3: Animate and support the network on an ongoing basis. Development of an action plan to maintain commitment, organize actions and monitor results.
Each workshop includes detailed preparation, interactive animation and a structured report to ensure operational implementation.
