Personalized support to help project leaders or Teamstarter ambassadors transform their ideas into concrete and impacting initiatives:
- Pack of 15 sessions: Individual or group coaching sessions (45 minutes to 1.5 hours each).
- Customized support: Helps to find, formalize and implement ideas that are aligned with the company's goals.
- Support for ambassadors: Strengthening internal relays to animate and promote the uses of Teamstarter.
- Transparent monitoring: Validation of coaching requests via a circuit defined together and monthly monitoring of the consumption of sessions by the CSM.
