Teamstarter steering committee
Coordination of monthly committees to assess the performance of uses and satisfaction, and adjust actions and offers according to priority issues:
- Evaluation of uses and satisfaction: Analysis of usage statistics, results of employee surveys and results of campaigns to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
- Alignment with customer issues: Validation of objectives, strategic priorities and emerging needs to adjust action plans and the Teamstarter offer.
- Recommendations and action plan: Development of plans to strengthen engagement, structure animations and optimize future campaigns.
- Report: Formalization of the arbitrations carried out, and dissemination of action plans for transparent and collaborative follow-up.
