Project team training (e-learning + simulations)

Facilitation of a training day for the project team and designated administrators:

• Provision of the training environment and e-learning exercise paths
• Animation of 1 day of training on site in Ile de France (or 2 half-days of video training) for a maximum of 12 participants: in-depth training courses, simulations and coaching (communication, monitoring of uses, project support, etc.)
• Preparation and sharing with the project team the results of the training and evaluation of the participants (Quiz and questionnaire results)
